Joe Danger Touch is one of my all-time favorite mobile games. It’s easily one of the most enjoyable ones I’ve played in years. The best parts? The fun, fast-paced gameplay, the complete lack of microtransactions, and the fact that it’s bundled with another great game. Here’s why I love it:
Gameplay
At its core, Joe Danger Touch is a side-scrolling platformer where timing is everything. You’ll be jumping, ducking, and dodging hazards to avoid crashing out. The levels are creative and full of personality, and even though the gameplay can feel a bit repetitive at times, it never turns into a grind — which is a nice change from a lot of mobile games out there. It’s simple, addictive fun done right.
No Microtransactions
Since the game has a one-time price of around £2.99, there are no sneaky microtransactions. You’re paying for the full experience upfront, and that’s it. No paywalls, no locked content, no ads — just pure gameplay. And if you want even more, you can grab the bundle with Joe Danger Infinity for about £3.99, which honestly feels like a steal for two solid games.
Achievements & Challenge
The achievements are pretty straightforward — get “Pro” on every level and you’re golden. But don’t underestimate it! The difficulty ramps up as you progress, and getting those top scores can be quite the challenge. If you enjoy achievement hunting, this game will definitely keep you busy.
Final Thoughts
Overall, I’d give Joe Danger Touch a solid 4 out of 5 stars. It’s fun, fair, and has that old-school charm that’s hard to find in mobile games today. If you’ve got an iOS device, give it a go and let me know if you end up enjoying it as much as I did.
